Contractor/Carpenter/Equipment Operator For Hire

Hi! We are snowbirds and we are looking for a place to spend the winter where my husband (Dave) can work as a skilled professional, (20 to 40 hours per week. I (Cindy) could work outside trimming trees, raking or feeding the animals, (10 to 15 hours a week) if you needed help with that. We prefer to find work at a place where we can live in our RV.  We are available Mid December 2017 through March 2018

(We prefer spending the winter in one of these areas:)  

     (Texas, Mississippi, Louisiana, Georgia, Florida and etc.)  

Dave is an experienced contractor, builder, and/or carpenter by trade with over 16 years of experience. He runs and operates his own company (TF Tiling and Remodeling LLC) in Greenville, Wisconsin. The business is going strong; his entire customer base is by word of mouth and hasn't advertised in over 15 years! His skill set and work ethic has been described as impeccable! 

 We started snow birding in 2008; working primarily at horse ranches and would love to find another ranch to work on! We just love the atmosphere and being around horses and other animals. In the past Dave has worked closely with the owners and has completed several projects from designing to constructing! 

He has done simple remodeling projects:

He has built several things from the ground up:(laundry room,maintenance building outside bathrooms, garages, sheds and etc.)

And did the inside work on a prefab cabin:

He has also done major landscaping projects including putting in a pond with a pier and a fountain. 

 

Last season he helped an owner design an outdoor wedding venue. It looks amazing! He put up a huge pavilion with misting fans, a Gazebo, a wooden walk way, and a bridge over the pond! 

We  have spent the last six winters working at Deer Lake Cabins Ranch Resort in Texas. The owners of the ranch can speak more on my behalf and verify my level of expertise. I will provide their contact information and several other  references upon request.
